ABOUT THIS MODULE

This module introduces you to the concept of food storage and safety. Often, families will buy certain groceries in bulk and others when necessary. Depending on a variety of circumstances families may purchase groceries well in advance to ensure that groceries are available in the event of a shortage or family members may not be able to leave their homes. This module guides you to redesign your home’s food storage areas based on the Government of Canada’s food handling guidelines.
